Super Reef

Ok, kids don't try this at home. This Reef had to be built piece by piece. 500 lbs of live rock. I had to stand inside the tank. It had to stand without resting on either side of the tank. After being handed one piece at a time two hours later this reef was finished. I'm the worlds best aquascaper and I'm really modest.

Small Cabezon

Caught and released. Watch out for sharks little dude.

Soft Coral Assortment

Here we see some Zooanthid, Green star polyp, and mushroom coral. These will spread and grow quickly in the right conditions. Less demanding than other corals and are good if you are new to maintaining a live reef. Learn to bargain with your local dealer. These frags are all around $20 each.

Porcelain Crab

This crab is very interesting to watch in action. His front pair of legs have fine feather like fingers for catching food and debris. When feeding the tank he will clamor to the best current, and simultaneously open and close his highly adapted feeding arms. Placing caught particles in his mouth. This crab wont do well unless there is adequate current in various areas of the reef.
